Our Story

3C Fit was created to make fitness accessible, empowering, and truly welcoming.

Studio owner Cristi — a certified Pilates instructor, yoga teacher, personal trainer, and movement specialist — has spent more than 10 years helping people build strength, mobility, and confidence through mindful, low-impact training.

Her philosophy is simple:


Everybody deserves a space where they feel supported, capable, and strong.

Whether you're training for an Ironman, recovering from an injury, a Pilates pro, postpartum, prenatal, or brand new to Pilates, 3C Fit is designed to meet you right where you are.

Cristi 

Founder, Instructor

Cristi is the heart behind 3C Fit and the reason the studio feels so welcoming the moment you walk in. With over a decade of experience in Pilates, plus certifications in yoga and personal training, she brings a deep understanding of movement, alignment, and the musculoskeletal system.

Her specialty is helping people reconnect with their bodies in a way that feels safe, supportive, and empowering. Cristi believes that mindful movement is for everyone — every body type, every fitness level, every stage of life. Her love of anatomy and the brain-body connection translates to tailoring the movements each client needs.

Cristi’s teaching style is warm and encouraging, with a focus on form, breath, and functional movement. She meets you where you are, celebrates your wins, and helps you feel proud of what your body can do.

Her mission through 3C Fit is simple:
Create a space where people feel seen, supported, and strong — both inside and out.

Nathan

Instructor

Nathan has spent nearly his entire adult life teaching others. Whether in the classroom or on the basketball court, he has always been driven by helping people learn, grow, and build confidence.

 

Originally from Seattle, he earned his Bachelor’s in Education from the University of Washington before moving to Denver in 2023. Since settling in Colorado, Nathan has dedicated countless hours to practicing Pilates.

 

After joining the 3C Fit team, he has deepened his understanding of anatomy, movement principles, and Pilates techniques. Nathan brings the heart of a teacher into every session and is always happy to answer questions, provide guidance, and help you feel confident in each movement.

Outside the studio, you’ll find Nathan at the movies with his wife, walking their dogs, or playing basketball.

He’s excited to support you on your Pilates journey! (And he's a morning person!)
