Cancellation Policy
Booking Policy All classes must be booked in advance through our online booking system. Payment or valid membership is required at the time of booking. Space is limited to ensure a quality experience, so we recommend reserving your spot early. Walk-ins are not guaranteed and are subject to availability. Cancellation Policy We understand that schedules change. To be fair to all clients: Cancellations must be made at least 12 hours prior to the scheduled class time. Late cancellations (within 12 hours) will result in a loss of the class credit. No-shows will also result in a loss of the class credit. Unlimited members may incur a late cancellation/no-show fee of [$ amount]. This policy allows clients on the waitlist a fair opportunity to attend. Waitlist Policy If a class is full, you may add yourself to the waitlist. If a spot becomes available, you will automatically be added to the class and notified via email or text. If you are added from the waitlist within the 12-hour window, you are still responsible for attending or canceling (late cancellation policy applies). You may remove yourself from the waitlist at any time before being added to the class. Arriving Late For safety reasons, clients arriving more than 5–10 minutes late may not be admitted to class. If you are not checked in before class begins, your spot may be given to a waitlisted client. Why We Have These Policies Our goal is to create a consistent, supportive experience for every client. These policies help us respect instructors’ time, maintain small class sizes, and ensure fairness for everyone in our community.
